ifounditaly is a personal project that originates from my twenty years of experience in the legal and economic sector in Italy.
I graduated in 2001 in Genoa, from the Faculty of Law, with an economic focus and I obtained a master’s degree in Economics and Finance in Ancona. I worked in a bank in Florence and in various Italian municipalities as a financial consultant for European funds. I was also general manager of a private company. Since 2015 I have become a lawyer and have dealt with banking, tax and real estate matters. Since three years, I have been following with particular satisfaction foreign clients who want to buy a house or a commercial business in Italy and I have decided to dedicate myself to this activity, suspending the protection of clients in the courts.
There are two reasons for this choice: when I go abroad there is always someone willing to help me and provide me with the most useful information to solve a problem. I am a frequent traveler and every time I feel the need to give this treatment back to the tourists who come to visit my country. The second reason is psychological, in fact I have always felt a very genuine trust from my foreign clients and working well in their interests has always given me enormous personal and professional satisfaction. Foreigners with interests in Italy are always afraid of bureaucracy and of spending more money than necessary due to the mismanagement of a case by an unfair trustee.
It’s true that Italy is a beautiful country with a very complicated bureaucracy but my job is to make any negotiation smooth by making you feel truly at home. I am sure that you will be able to consider these two qualities, right from the first contact, if you want to propose a problem to me to resolve or try to buy or sell something
